Toby is about 1 1/2 years old neutered male tan Chihuahua. He knows how to sit and “sit pretty” for treats. Toby is visually impaired – he is blind in one eye and has very limited vision in the other eye. Due to this condition, he is leery of strangers. It would be best if he was the only pet in the home. He will do best in a quiet, adult home. After becoming familiar with the sound of a person’s voice, Toby bonds very quickly, is affectionate, and loves to be held.
